Bec and Justin

Bec and Justin are the cofounders of Not Real Smart. Their work comes from building and operating businesses and the systems those businesses need: practical service delivery, health, products and day-to-day operations.

Bec's work centres on discovery, client communication, coordination, process mapping and training. Justin's work centres on the clinical context, product decisions and practical system building. The engagement names who is responsible for a particular deliverable and who must review it.

Their project work includes Downscale's clinic and web systems, TeleScribe's scribe work, the ScentSell marketplace, EndorseMe's professional workflows and the NRS desk. These are examples of their build experience, not a claim that every part of every product is production-ready or included in an NRS engagement.

The approach is hands-on: understand the work, choose the useful change, build or organise it, and check the actual result. AI can support that process; it does not replace the founders' responsibility for what NRS promises and delivers.
