Roles and permissions
Console roles apply to the businesses a person is authorised to access. Open Settings → Team to review the actual membership.
| Role | Intended responsibility |

| Owner | Full business management, including removal |
| Approver | Write and approve posts; manage business membership |
| Editor | Write and edit posts; cannot approve posts |
| Author | Write posts and submit them for review |
Access to one business does not grant access to another. An account connection or a shared link is not a substitute for membership.
Client portal roles are separate from these console roles. Client owner and client staff access the permitted client workspace; they do not become agency staff merely by receiving a report.
Choose the least access that fits the job. Review memberships when someone changes role or leaves. For health material, professional responsibility and the agreed named reviewer still matter: a software permission is not a clinical qualification or a legal delegation.
