Availability depends on your workspace

Read the access, setup and release requirements in this guide before relying on this feature.

Your first NRS workspace

Use the invitation or sign-in link supplied for your work. Agency staff use the console; invited clients use the client portal. Seeing a client report does not automatically give someone publishing or team-management access.

Before your first task

  1. Confirm the business name. Keep its accounts, assets and approvals together.
  2. Open Settings → Brand kit and check the website, booking link, voice and business details.
  3. Open Settings → Accounts to check the actual connected profiles.
  4. Agree who writes, who reviews and who is allowed to release work.
  5. Start one concrete task: a saved post draft, a reviewed asset or a scoped report.

For example: “Prepare a post about this service using these approved facts, for this account, with Bec reviewing.” A useful request includes the audience, source material, desired result and any deadline.

The current desk does not depend on a first conversation with an all-knowing Director. Saved business settings and explicit account selection are the working context. If a workspace is missing, ask NRS to check your access rather than creating a second business.
