How do we start?
Book a 15-minute chat from notrealsmart.com.au, or email office@notrealsmart.com.au. If we can help, a written quote follows the chat. If we can't, we say so.
Do you publish prices?
We quote in writing after the first chat, because the right work depends on the business. The quote lists exactly what is included.
How do payments work?
A deposit starts the work. Smaller jobs are paid half up front and half on completion. Larger jobs are paid in three stages. Each stage has its own tax invoice.
What is a care plan?
Ongoing monthly help after the first job: maintenance, fixes, updates and reporting. Care plans run for a three-month minimum, then month to month with 30 days' notice either way.
Do you work with health practices?
Yes. Health advertising review against the Ahpra and TGA rules, privacy and consent wording, and AI governance for practices are core services. We do not give clinical advice and we do not prescribe.
Do you work with businesses outside health?
Yes. Search, social media, websites, automation, AI set-up, admin support and training are for any Australian small business.
Will AI write things that go out without anyone checking?
No. A person reviews anything AI helped write before it goes out.
What don't you do?
Tax and BAS advice, legal advice, insurance advice, security penetration testing, clinical advice, formal TGA assessment, paid ad management, PR, photography and recruitment. We point you to the right professional.
