Services and pricing

NRS sells human-led consulting, implementation and build work. The 108-offer catalogue is the reference for the available service lines. Your agreed quote defines the work being bought, including deliverables, assumptions, exclusions and price.

An offer in the catalogue does not mean a fully automated console feature exists. Some work is delivered directly by Bec and Justin; some uses the NRS desk or other agreed tools. Healthcare and other specialist matters may need a qualified external professional.

Before accepting work

Check the problem, intended outcome, scope, responsibilities, access needed and how completion will be assessed. Confirm any recurring work or third-party costs in the quote. If requirements change, agree the revised scope rather than assuming it is included.

The earlier promises of unlimited creation, fourteen AI specialists and a universal free trial are retired. The standalone subscriber product is not the current agency sale.
