How we work with you

Bec and Justin start with the business and the people doing the work. The aim is a useful improvement with clear ownership, rather than adding a tool before the problem is understood.

From first conversation to delivery

  1. Understand the problem. Describe what happens now, who is affected and what a better result would look like. A Reality Check or discovery conversation can help establish scope.
  2. Agree the work. Choose the relevant services, deliverables, exclusions and responsibilities. The written quote controls the engagement.
  3. Prepare access and sources. Confirm the client workspace, approved accounts, business facts and reviewer. Grant only the access required.
  4. Build or prepare the result. This may be process work, training, content, implementation or a software change. Some work is delivered directly by people; some uses the NRS desk.
  5. Review and verify. Check the actual deliverable and intended workflow. A draft, test result or queued request is not automatically a finished customer outcome.
  6. Hand over and follow through. Agree what is maintained, how issues are raised and whether further reporting or support is included.

Our 108-offer reference helps you understand the catalogue. It is not a requirement to buy a bundle or an assertion that every offer is automated.

We keep named human decisions around publishing, client delivery, consequential changes and health work. Where specialist legal, tax or clinical advice is needed, the engagement must involve an appropriately qualified professional.
