Using NRS from a phone

Use the NRS website or the client portal in your phone's browser with your own login. Start from the correct business and open the item you need to review.

For a report, read the source coverage and complete document before approving delivery. For content, inspect the text and media, not only a notification or thumbnail. A small screen may make a large design or detailed edit easier to review later on a computer.

A Claude mobile app is a separate product. The previous instructions claiming that every NRS feature works through a mobile OAuth connector are not a verified current integration. An external AI connection must use the supported scoped access and approval arrangements for that client.

If a control is missing or difficult to use, record the device, browser and affected task and contact NRS. Do not share your login to complete the task on someone else's account.
