Availability depends on your workspace

Prepare content in batches

Batch work is useful when several posts share a campaign, event or source asset. First agree the topics, target businesses, accounts, reviewers and timing.

Use Bulk composer where it supports the task. Check every business and resulting draft individually: a shared idea may need different facts, voices and permissions for different clients. A healthcare client's version needs its own health review.

Review the batch

Look for duplicate messages, invented details, wrong links and inappropriate account selection. Check that each item has a usable asset and a clear reason to exist. Save and approve the work before authorising its release.

The old /fill command is not the current scheduling workflow. NRS does not promise to discover an optimal time or publish an entire campaign merely because a calendar has gaps.

Use Calendar to inspect the retained schedule and queue slots for the timing controls available to the business. A batch draft, a scheduled batch and successful deliveries are separate results.
