Availability depends on your workspace

Read the access, setup and release requirements in this guide before relying on this feature.

Use the content calendar

Open Calendar to review the schedule. Confirm the business and the visible date range before interpreting an empty view. A filter or a different week can hide work that still exists.

Use the calendar to spot gaps, repeated topics and competing messages. Open the relevant item to inspect its content and status. Check Posts when you need the delivery record or to reopen saved work.

Before changing the plan

Confirm whether an item is still an editable draft, already scheduled or already published. Do not assume moving an idea in a planning document changes a network's queue. Make the authorised change through the available NRS action and verify its result.

The calendar describes recorded work. It does not create a content strategy or prove that every scheduled post has been published. For a new item, use Composer, review the platform versions and choose the schedule.

A recurring client report has its own schedule under the client's reporting settings; it is not a social post in this calendar.
