Prepare for the conversation

Confirm the scope

Agree the number and type of pieces, research depth, length, revision rounds, approval owner and delivery format. Writing, website implementation and sending a campaign are separate responsibilities unless the scope includes them.

Review and accept

Check names, prices, links, evidence and tone against the original sources. For health content, review the complete advertisement and its destination before approving use.
