Prepare for the conversation

Bring the audience, existing assets, visual references, usage rights and examples of the places the design must work: web, social, print or internal tools.

Confirm the scope

Agree deliverables, formats, variants, revision rounds, font and image licensing, and responsibility for implementing the design. Clarify whether copywriting and production are included.

Review and accept

Review legibility at real sizes, mobile layouts, contrast and reproduction. Check that claims in the design remain accurate and that exported assets match the approved version.
