How Eve helps in NRS

Eve assists inside the NRS desk. She can propose changes through the jobs and tools available for the selected business. Business context comes from saved settings and authorised records; do not assume the assistant remembers every conversation or knows every client.

A useful request

Give the task, intended audience, approved facts and output you want. For example: “Shorten this caption for the selected account. Keep the service name and booking link exactly as supplied.”

Inspect the proposed result before applying it. Check names, facts, tone and any added claims. A proposal has not necessarily changed the post. Saving a draft, approving work and publishing are separate actions.

Settings → Agents controls the business's configured AI provider. A broken or unavailable connection should be shown as a failure; it is not permission to silently use a different provider.

This article keeps the old conversation link working, but the Director-and-departments interface has been retired. Start from the actual task in Composer, Media or Reports. For sensitive health copy, read health review before accepting a suggestion.
