Synthetic presenters and talking photos

A talking photo or synthetic presenter is not a confirmed self-service feature in the current NRS desk. If it is useful for your project, agree the production method and review steps with NRS before supplying likeness or voice material.

What the brief needs

Identify whose likeness or voice is being used, their permission, the script, intended audience and where the result will appear. Decide how the audience will understand that the presentation is synthetic.

Review the complete output for mispronounced names, misleading facial or body changes and invented visual details. Do not present a synthetic character as a real patient's experience or a clinician's endorsement.

A signed-off script and permission to use a photograph are separate from approval of the generated result. Keep both with the project record.

For the current in-app workflow, start with uploading approved media. A production enquiry does not enrol a face or voice into a reusable model automatically.
