Use AI images responsibly

First decide whether the task needs an actual photograph, an illustration or a generated concept. A generated image cannot establish what a real product looks like, what a patient experienced or what a business has achieved.

Prepare the request

Use approved logos, colours and product references. State the intended placement, aspect ratio and text. Tell the reviewer which parts are generated and which source assets are real.

Review the finished image closely: names, spelling, proportions, packaging, people and implied claims. Do not approve a convincing image simply because it looks professional. Keep rights and permissions for reference assets with the project.

Generation and advanced design depend on the tools and providers agreed for your work. The old /visuals and /design instructions are not a guarantee of an available NRS generator.

Once an image is approved, place it in the correct business's Media library and inspect the final post preview. Editing and versions explains why the original should stay intact. Health imagery needs contextual human review.
