Choose useful content themes
Content themes help a business avoid repeating the same sales message. Start from the questions people ask, the service journey and the evidence you can show.
Possible themes include how a service works, preparing for an appointment or purchase, practical business updates, staff roles, product details and answers to common questions. Choose themes that fit the actual business rather than a fixed list for every client.
Turn a theme into a plan
For each theme, identify the audience question, approved source, suitable format and reviewer. Use the calendar to balance the resulting drafts across the period. Review whether the material is useful, not simply whether every day has a post.
For health work, do not make clinical “success stories” a default pillar. Patient experiences, outcomes and imagery need the contextual review explained in testimonials and images. A neutral service explanation can often answer the customer's question without making a treatment promise.
Themes are a planning tool; they do not authorise automatic generation or publication.
